Joshua Best has a degree in Outdoor and Community Recreation from Central Michigan University. He has been working in the Adventure Field for Eight years and enjoys every aspect of the job. He has facilitated groups with Project Adventure, Experiential Systems, The University of Michigan, and several summer camps.

Neil Allmark is a native of Birmingham England and began his career in Camping in 1997 with the YMCA of Greater New York on their summer and winter programs. After six summers with the Y in New York Neil gained his degree in Politics and History at Brunel University of west London. He returned to the United States to work for the YMCA in Michigan for two years on an Outdoor Education and summer program.
